no conecta wifi fedora 25 kernel 4.9.6 chip realtek RTL8188CE

I have installed fedora 25 on a Toshiba L750 / L755 laptop with wireles realtek RTL8188CE chip, since the update of the 4.9 kernel. * It does not connect, it detects the network but it does not connect. what is the problem??

. You are basically affected by a driver bug (?) in the 4.9 kernel series. It has been reported on Redhat's bug tracker

Here is a workaround for this problem until the issue gets fixed upstream:

cat /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8192ce.conf

#Disable powersaving
options rtl8192ce ips=0

# WARNING! Do not enable this shit.
#          It causes bugs.
options rtl8192ce fwlps=0

# Use software control instead
# options rtl8192ce swlps=1
edit flag offensive delete link more
