System hangs/crashes on resume after suspend

Hello,

Every time I close my laptop it goes to sleep. But when the laptop wakes up again, it hangs. my keyboard lights up but the screen stays blank. After a minut or 2 it automatically reboots.

These are the last logs I can see with journalctl -b -1:
