I didn't need udev rules for Fedora to recognize my Android device. Has anything changed?
Hi,
I am curious if you guys have any opinion on why I didn't need udev rules for Fedora to recognize my Android device. The Android documentation only mentions Ubuntu Linux.

Documentation - https://developer.android.com/studio/...
I'm not sure just what you're asking. Do you mean, "Why don't I need special rules with Fedora when I do with Ubuntu," or are you asking why you need them now, and didn't with an earlier version of Fedora?
Not so much related to Ubuntu but I have also used the udev rules on Fedora. On a new system I am not using them and my phone is being detected just fine. I was wondering if those rules are needed at all.
