Hi

I want a official download link for Fedora 20 version. One which I downloaded from Internet is of size 4.3GB, but it is unable to boot or not working. I tried to install using a USB drive.

You must have very good reasons to install an old, un-supported release of Fedora. Generally, it's recommended to use a supported release version to receive security-relevant updates. Currently supported, as of Jan 2017: Fedora 24 and Fedora 25. More info here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases
