If you don't have specific reasons to go with Fedora 22, I would just recommend you using Fedora 23. Only is it likely that the bug has been fixed and Fedora 22 is nearing its End-Of-Life. So you plan ahead if you choose Fedora 23 now...

(The person who asked the question fixed the problem using GParted - there was something wrong with the partition table that the installer wasn't expecting and couldn't handle...)
If you don't have specific reasons to go with Fedora 22, I would just recommend you using installing Fedora 23. Only Not only is it likely that the bug has been fixed and there but also Fedora 22 is nearing its End-Of-Life. So you plan ahead if you choose Fedora 23 now...
