You can use the program alien
from the standard Fedora repos to transform it into .rpm format. Be warned, however, that the resulting package may or may not install properly or work as expected. This is because there can be considerably more information inside a standard .rpm than there is in a .deb package. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't ever use the program, just that you should try to find a native .rpm when possible, and be aware of the risks involved if you must transform a .deb.
