Well, in most cases, the GRUB2 will detect the Windows and add it to the list. If you are not able to choose between Windows and Fedora during bootup, the simplest way would be to run the boot-repair-disc. It is a simple process.

Go to http://sourceforge.net/p/boot-repair-cd/home/Home/ for instructions. Download the image that you want from http://sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/files/. Create a live CD and boot into it. Then you can easily add the Windows to the GRUB menu so you can choose while booting up.
