I'm not an admin here too but I just want to know how far have those feature requests being worked out?

I am a stackexchange user and I really miss tag functionality for beginners, link and flagging options which we could much easily contribute to the community. I don't know much and still don't understand those karma requirement in FAQ for so simple stuff.

I understand the choice for askbot but there are improvements needed.

Just comparing with stackexchange with askbot I can understand that the last is simpler.simpler although doesn't loose its efficiency.
