Yes, there are Repositories for Flash and NVidea drivers:

  • For Flash youst follow the instructions from [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flash]. You are basically told there to enable Adobes own repository.

  • For the NVidea drivers (and other multimedia stuff) enable the RPMFusion repositories [http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration]. The package should be called “kmod-nvidia-...”

I don't know where to get the Oracle JDK from. I never had any problems with the OpenJDK from the Fedora repositories. It worked well even with large Java projects like Opencast Matterhorn, …
