You don't need it. To install 32-bit packagename on fedora, 'sudo yum install packagename.i386'

Edit: If you need to install a 32 bit package, you can do it as above. If you need 32 bit dependencies installed, yum will do it for you. Are you compiling your 32 bit app from source. If so, which one?
