Me personally, I would avoid flash player as much as I can, and remove it from my system and from Firefox. In fact, on many sites (on majority, I think), Firefox will play videos without flash player -- fullscreen too, -- and without crashes.

If you absolutely can't live without flash player, then I would suggest installing google chrome, which has flash player built-in.

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled google-chrome
sudo dnf install google-chrome-stable

And then use Firefox for you normal day-to-day browsing, and use google chrome specifically when you need to use flash.
