You already installed Fedora, there is nothing missing regardless of the way how you installed it.
Though I think I do not fully understand your question. Fedora comes as a Live system. You can run the live version and then install or install the system without running the live version. The result at the end will be the same, a running Fedora system.
A difference would be if you choose the net install or server install where you decide what software to install.
