If you remove the old rescue image and associated initramfs file then when dnf does its next kernel update, a new rescue image and intramfs file should be generated. dnf by default leaves 3 consecutive versions of the kernel and initramfs files along with the rescue image and initramfs file. As mentioned in the comment, the dnf command is not directly used to delete the files you mentioned. Make sure you have a good handle on what you are doing before you delete any files in the /boot directory.
