Welcome to ask.fedora. Fedora policy is that once a version of Fedora reaches End Of Life it receives no more updates, upgrades or patches, even for security issues. That doesn't mean that a third-party package won't get updated, but any such updates won't be added to the official Fedora repositories; you'd have to get them directly from the maintainer. Also, it doesn't mean that you won't get any advice, suggestions or other support for that version. Unlike with some (unnamed) distros, the Fedora is ready, willing and able to do what they can even with versions that are officially EOL.
