To me this looks like a wrong dependency somewhere. Nothing should depend on flatpak and you should be able to remove flatpak* without removing the other packages listed above.

To me this looks like a wrong dependency somewhere. Nothing should depend on flatpak and you should be able to remove flatpak* without removing the Flatpak is now required by Gnome Software (and maybe other packages listed above. components).
