You have only 20 GB for both Fedora and your data and that definitely isn't much. Your data (your /home folder) currently take 11 GB so you should probably try to remove something from there. You can try to run commands below to remove some stuff from /var (logs and caches) but 20 GB is just not enough to run Fedora and another Linux distribution in a VM.

sudo dnf clean all -- clean dnf cache (downloaded packages) sudo journalctl --vacuum-size=100M -- limit system log size to 100 MB
