“sudo dnf install VirtualBox-5.2" will install VirtualBox. You have to add Oracle’s VirtualBox repository before. See: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

Easiest is to copy .repo file to /etc/yum.repos.d/.

However, not sure if they have updated their repo for F28. (You may have to adapt repo file manually and use “27” instead of “$releasever”
