I think intel video drivers come pre-installed on fedora, try:sudo dnf upgrade
and reboot
In case it didn't work, download the driver from here
, change to the directory where the package is located and install it with sudo dnf install xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.917-30.20160929.fc27.x86_64.rpm
and reboot
