Have you discovered the ABRT, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool - it's installed by default. You will need a bugzilla.redhat account and you can select what information is send. Take a look.
Manually, you can report bugs on Redhat's bug tracker: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora (but look if that bug has been reported already to avoid duplicates).
